Full Stack Website Developer – Real Estate Platform

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain an advanced real estate website with features like 3D virtual tours, interactive maps, and high-performance property showcases. The role requires strong expertise in modern web technologies and delivering immersive, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, modern web interfaces (React.js / Vue.js).
• Create property showcases with animations, 3D tours, and clickable floor plans.
• Integrate WebGL/Three.js for 3D visualizations.
• Develop interactive maps, image galleries, and custom UI components.
• Design mobile-first, optimized layouts.

Backend Development

• Develop RESTful APIs (Node.js/Express or Python/Django).
• Design/manage databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Implement CMS for listings, user authentication, and role-based access.
• Integrate payment gateways, lead management, email automation.
• Build analytics & reporting dashboards.

Technical Integrations

• Google Maps API, Matterport/CloudPano tours.
• CRM & social media API integration.
• SEO optimization, CDN setup, performance tools.

Required Skills

• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), React.js/Vue.js, HTML5/CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design, WebGL/Three.js, PWA, Webpack/Vite.
• Backend: Node.js/Express, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, SQL/NoSQL DBs, AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Redis.
• Other: Git, API integration, performance optimization, security best practices, testing (Jest/Cypress), CI/CD.

Specialized Real Estate Features

• Virtual tours, panoramic images, interactive floor plans, VR support.
• Advanced search/filtering, property comparison, wishlist, booking, multilingual support.
• SEO for listings, social media integration, analytics, WhatsApp API.

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years full-stack experience.
• 2+ years in real estate/property websites.
• Portfolio of interactive applications.
• Experience with high-traffic, performance-optimized platforms, booking/e-commerce.
• Preferred: Headless CMS (Strapi/Contentful), microservices, GraphQL, WebSockets, real estate market knowledge.

Deliverables & Metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
