As we continue to grow and roll out new features on our platform, we are seeking a skilled *WordPress Backend Developer* to join our remote tech team. This role is critical to enhancing our core infrastructure, integrating new modules, and ensuring stable backend operations.

• Architecture & Development
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Lead the design of APIs, backend services, and database architectures.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Database & Infrastructure
• Optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Deploy and scale applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel).
• Implement DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical leadership in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and project estimations.
• Security & Performance
• Apply best practices for authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Conduct performance tuning and implement monitoring solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  

• Experience: 5–10 years as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Front-End: Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Back-End: Expertise in Node.js, Express, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Databases: Strong command of SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Architecture: Experience designing scalable systems and microservices.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions).
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs (payment gateways, CRMs, property listings, etc.).
• Prior experience in real estate, SaaS, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
