Role Overview

Full Stack Web Developer

What You’ll Do

Build and optimize the
main web app
using
React (App Router), Next.js, and TypeScript
with seamless UI/UX and real-time interactions.
Design and maintain
REST + streaming APIs
in
Node.js/Express
, connecting to our
AI and RAG pipelines
.
Work with
PostgreSQL
,
Redis
,
MongoDb
and other JSON-based data systems.
Deploy
containerized microservices
using
Docker
and manage environments on
Linux servers
.
Implement
auth flows
(JWT/OAuth), caching (Redis/Memcached), session management, and error handling for secure and fast user experiences.
Integrate
LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
and frameworks like
LangChain / LlamaIndex
for AI-driven features.
Use
monitoring tools
(Sentry, Prometheus, or LogRocket) for performance and error tracking.
Build
CI/CD pipelines
and optimize deployment, scaling, and observability.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
2–4 years of experience in
full stack web development
.
Strong command of
React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
.
Experience with
Docker
,
microservices
, and
backend scaling
.
Familiarity with
vector databases
,
AI integrations
, and
streaming data APIs
.
Solid understanding of
authentication, caching, error handling, and rate limiting
.
Comfortable in
Linux environments
with a strong debugging and performance mindset.
Fast execution, adaptability, and ownership mentality.
