We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with proven expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Python , and AI technology integration . The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB . In this role, you will collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to architect and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications . You will also play a key role in integrating next-generation AI capabilities - including conversational AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation ensuring seamless, innovative, and data-driven user experiences. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using JavaScript , React.js , Next.js , and robust backend frameworks. AI Technology Integration: Implement AI-powered features, including OpenAI APIs , open-source LLMs , and voice/conversational interfaces into user-facing platforms. System Architecture: Contribute to the design of secure, scalable, and cloud-native systems that can handle large-scale operations. Feature Ownership: Take complete ownership of features from coding and testing to deployment and monitoring in production. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver user-centric solutions. Innovation: Research emerging technologies, optimize workflows, and recommend improvements across the stack. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript (React Native is a plus). Backend: Node.js (Express, Nest.js), REST/GraphQL APIs. Programming Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python. Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL (schema design & optimization). About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that are visually appealing, highly functional, and consistent across all platforms. From initial concept to final handoff, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma . Conduct usability testing to identify pain points and improve product usability. Design intuitive icons and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines. Implement responsive design principles for seamless multi-device experiences. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain consistent visual design and user experience standards across projects. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX design, and visual design projects. Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, tailwind and usability testing . Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles . Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for better design-dev collaboration). Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
