About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Development Lead for a leading IT software company specializing in cutting-edge digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on full stack developer with proven leadership skills, experienced in building scalable cloud-native applications using .NET Core, React.js, and Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers.
• Define coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and scale applications using .NET Core, React.js, and Azure services.
• Build REST APIs, Microservices, and Azure Functions.
• Drive CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure applications are secure, performant, and cloud-optimized.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and stakeholders) to deliver excellence.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Frontend: Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

✅ Backend: Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core; building REST APIs & Microservices.

✅ Databases: Solid experience with SQL databases & EF Core.

✅ Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on with Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage; CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

✅ Leadership: Proven ability to mentor developers and influence architecture/design.

✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

1. Preferred / Good to Have

🌟 Exposure to Cosmos DB, Event Grid, Service Bus, Logic Apps.

🌟 Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for cloud-native deployments.

🌟 Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.

🌟 Familiarity with Clean Architecture & Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
