About the Role – Full Stack EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the delivery of mission-critical application services. You will be responsible for building industry-leading, intuitive, scalable software products that support key business functions, including Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and E-commerce. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop & Collaborate Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to create software that drives business metrics. Build highly available, scalable, secure, and intuitive enterprise systems. 2. Code & Review Write reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alerting. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to engineering standards. 3. Optimize Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of system resources. 4. Project Execution Participate in project planning and estimation, breaking down large projects into manageable tasks. Implement new features and functionality as per requirements. 5. Support & Troubleshoot Provide L3 support for existing products, including debugging, log monitoring, and resolving complex issues. 6. Documentation Create and maintain clear technical documentation for applications and systems. Candidate ProfileFamiliarity with end-to-end IT support processes. Collaborative and low-ego approach with a proactive sense of curiosity. Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Adaptable to changing circumstances and eager to learn new technologies. Focused on achieving business outcomes with a commitment to high-quality service. Fluent in English (professional proficiency). Required ExpertiseEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in Full Stack development (front-end, back-end, architecture, database design, and service integration). Technical Skills: Frontend: ReactJS (required). Backend: PHP, Hack, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# (at least one required). Database: SQL/NoSQL, ORM frameworks. APIs & Services: 3+ years building microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL. Cloud & Systems: Preferred experience with AWS/Azure, asynchronous service development, and log monitoring in distributed systems.
