Our platform is built to handle millions of transactions seamlessly while offering delightful UX to our customers.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with exceptional backend skills and solid JavaScript expertise to help build scalable, secure, and high-performance eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services, APIs, and database architectures primarily in Node.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs to serve front-end and mobile applications.
• Work with frontend teams on React.js to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Architect systems to handle high concurrency and large-scale traffic typical of eCommerce platforms.
• Implement robust payment gateway integrations, order management flows, inventory management systems, and personalized recommendation engines.
• Ensure secure data handling and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor performance and optimize queries for better scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver features from concept to production.
• Stay updated with the latest in JavaScript, backend development, and eCommerce technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, etc.).
• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development with a backend focus.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and React.js.

• Solid understanding of backend architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven architectures, and serverless deployments.
• Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• In-depth knowledge of how eCommerce websites and apps function — from catalog management to checkout, logistics to returns.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Deep understanding of web performance, scalability challenges, and security best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Understanding of search & recommendation systems (ElasticSearch, Solr).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks relevant to eCommerce.
