Job Summary

Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using
Node.js
and relevant frameworks
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using
React.js
or equivalent frameworks
Develop and maintain
RESTful APIs
and real-time communication solutions (WebSockets)
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full technology stack
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in full stack development
Strong experience with
Node.js
and
React.js
Proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+)
and
TypeScript
Experience integrating
RESTful APIs
and third-party services
Solid understanding of
relational and/or NoSQL databases
(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Proficiency with
Git
and collaborative development workflows
Exposure to
cloud platforms
such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Working knowledge of
Docker
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps practices
Understanding of frontend state management libraries (Redux, React Query, Context API)

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience with
microservices architecture, GraphQL, and event-driven systems
Familiarity with
Kubernetes
and container orchestration
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio
Prior experience in high-growth startups or product-focused organizations
