Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET & React. The ideal candidate experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and other development teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the development of new UIs for Compliance workflows
• Translate specifications / diagrams / workflows built in Figma/UI templating tools to React framework pages
• Build support for Single SPA / Micro frontend components into our existing framework
• Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code
• Participate in complete SDLC process (design, development, and support) of tech solutions
• Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, follow AGILE best practices effectively.
• Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs
• Document and demonstrate solutions using technical design docs, diagrams and stubbed code.
• Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the production issues resolutions.

Requirement:

• 6+ years of experience in application development experience in .NET Core, C#, React, TypeScript and CSS
• Expertise with HTML, JavaScript and UI technologies like ReactJS and J Query
• Data access frameworks like Entity Framework, ADO.NET etc.
• Strong User Interface building skills
• Consumption of REST APIs
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Code Whisperer) to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing MCP servers to enable seamless integration between AI assistants and external systems, tools, and data sources.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
• Understanding and implementation of Data Contracts for reliable data exchange across microservices or domains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science and/or Certified Development Program.
