We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our operations team. In this role, you will design and implement scalable solutions for contact center platforms, leveraging AWS services, modern frameworks, and best practices. You will work on building APIs, integrating cloud services, and optimizing performance to deliver seamless customer experiences.
· Develop and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda and related services.
· Design, build, and optimize APIs and microservices for high-performance applications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance Amazon Connect integrations.
· Implement real-time dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics for contact center operations.
· Ensure security, compliance, and scalability across all deployed solutions.
· Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and maintain version control.
· Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and implement best practices for maintainable code.
· Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Strong proficiency in Java, Python, HTML, and modern frameworks.
· Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
· Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
· Familiarity with Amazon Connect and contact center technologies (preferred).
· Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
· Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
· AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or equivalent).
· Exposure to contact center platforms, CRM integrations, and voice/chat automation.
· Knowledge of observability tools for monitoring and performance optimization.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with cloud-based solutions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
