Full Stack Developer

You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, marketers and fellow developers to craft scalable, user-friendly applications, while keeping things fast, functional, and full of energy.

What You'll Do:

As our Full Stack Developer, you'll be the architect behind our digital creations. You'll take ownership of projects, solve complex problems, and bring ideas to life, all while keeping our applications fast, scalable, and user-friendly.

Here's a sneak peek into your role:

Build & Create:

• Marketing tech mastery across code & no-code, building high-converting landing pages and campaign sites with WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify, plus rapid prototyping with Framer, Bubble, and other no-code platforms that help marketing teams move fast.
• Develop marketing automation backends and integrations, connecting CRMs, analytics tools, email platforms, and third-party APIs to power seamless marketing operations.
• Create conversion-focused UIs , building responsive, fast-loading interfaces optimized for lead gen, e-commerce, and user engagement that actually drive results.

Collaborate & Innovate:

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to turn ideas into reality
• Be the go-to person for modern web development solutions (yes, you'll be the hero we need)

Problem-Solve Like a Pro:

• Debug complex issues across the full stack
• Optimize application performance and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Think on your feet and find creative solutions to technical challenges

Keep It Cutting-Edge:

• Stay on top of the latest React, Node.js, and web development trends
• Experiment with new frameworks and push the boundaries of what's possible

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• WordPress expertise - Custom themes, plugin development, WooCommerce, and conversion-optimized page builders
• Webflow proficiency - Pixel-perfect marketing sites with CMS integration and seamless animations
• Shopify development - Theme customization, Liquid templating, and e-commerce optimization
• No-code platform mastery - Framer, Bubble, Softr, Airtable integrations, and other tools that let marketing teams ship fast
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) - With a marketing lens on performance, SEO, and conversion optimization

Additional Tech Stack Experience:

• WordPress expertise

   - Custom theme development, plugin customization, WooCommerce setup, page builders (Elementor/Divi), and conversion-optimized sites that drive marketing results

• Webflow mastery

   - Building pixel-perfect, responsive marketing sites with CMS integration, interactions, animations, and SEO optimization—you can translate design into live sites seamlessly

• Framer proficiency

   - Rapid prototyping and publishing high-fidelity marketing sites with interactive elements, smooth animations, and CMS functionality that helps brands launch fast

• Shopify development

   - Theme customization, Liquid templating, app integrations, product page optimization, and e-commerce experiences that convert browsers into buyers

• Figma-to-web translation

   - You understand design systems, components, auto-layout, and can accurately convert Figma designs into clean, production-ready code across all platforms

• Git fluency

   - Version control, branching strategies, pull requests, and team collaboration are second nature you ship clean code without breaking production

• Database experience (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar)

   - Managing user data, tracking campaign analytics, storing lead information, and building scalable data structures for marketing applications

Soft Skills:

• A positive attitude and a love for collaboration (you're a team player at heart)
• Strong communication skills (you can explain tech stuff without putting people to sleep)
• A sense of responsibility and ownership (you take pride in your work)

Bonus Points if You:

• Have experience with TypeScript (because type safety is beautiful)
• Know your way around cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify)
• Understand modern deployment pipelines and DevOps practices
• Have worked with e-commerce solutions and payment integrations
• Understand SEO best practices and web performance optimization
• Knowing few concepts of marketing
