O-HIVE is Luxolis’ spatial vision intelligence platform that combines real-time 3D capture with AI-powered understanding and contextual reasoning. We are building LLM-driven interfaces that allow users to query, train, and interact with spatial data, detection results, and historical context through natural language.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with deep interest in LLMs, AI chat systems, and training pipelines. You will design and implement conversational AI interfaces, data pipelines for fine-tuning and RAG, and tools that allow users to train and evaluate AI models on proprietary spatial and industrial data.

This role sits at the intersection of LLMs, product UX, and scalable backend systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesLLM & AI Chat Systems

• Build LLM-powered chat interfaces for querying 3D scenes, detection results, logs, and reports
• Implement context-aware chat (history, sessions, projects, spatial metadata)
• Design prompt pipelines, tool calling, and agent workflows
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)

AI Training & Data Pipelines

• Build pipelines for:
• Dataset curation, labeling, and versioning
• Fine-tuning and instruction tuning
• RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) over structured + unstructured data
• Implement evaluation workflows for accuracy, hallucination, and performance
• Enable human-in-the-loop training and feedback collection

Frontend

• Develop modern AI chat UIs (React, TypeScript)
• Build interfaces for:
• Training data management
• Prompt and model configuration
• Evaluation and analytics dashboards
• Focus on usability for technical and non-technical users

Backend & Platform

• Design scalable APIs for AI chat, training jobs, and inference
• Manage vector databases and embeddings (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Implement async job systems (queues, workers) for training and evaluation
• Ensure security, access control, and enterprise-grade data isolation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in:
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Python (FastAPI preferred) and/or Node.js
• Hands-on experience building LLM or AI chat applications
• Understanding of:
• Prompt engineering
• RAG architectures
• Fine-tuning workflows
• Experience with production SaaS systems

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience training or fine-tuning LLMs
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Experience with vector databases and embedding pipelines
• Background in industrial data, 3D, robotics, or computer vision
• Experience building internal AI tools or copilots

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
