Job Description

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our software engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems and web-based applications that support a growing customer base. You will work across the full technology stack, from server-side services to modern web user interfaces.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in full-stack development, is comfortable translating requirements into well-structured solutions, and writes clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. This role requires strong ownership, independent execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams when direction or feedback is needed.

You will work closely with customer support, sales, and internal stakeholders, and play an important role in defining and maintaining development standards for internal tools and shared services.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
Strong experience with one or more of the following backend languages:Java, Python, and/or C#
Frontend development experience using React
Experience with TypeScript
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
Experience building applications using Spring or Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, EKS, DynamoDB, Aurora, SQS, or similar
Ability to break down requirements and implement solutions independently
Strong understanding of software development best practices

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
Build and enhance web-based user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, well-architected solutions
Develop features that span backend services through frontend presentation layers
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including support, sales, and engineering
Help define and uphold coding standards, tooling practices, and internal development guidelines
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion
