Full Stack Developer (1–2 Years Experience) 📍 Location: Bangalore (On-site) MANDATORY to fill out this form: https://forms.gle/9NbJz3dgRCf1L4p48 About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing product and engineering team. You will work on building scalable, user-centric web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and legal teams. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js, standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, and Django/Python for the backend. Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs (and GraphQL where applicable), primarily using Django and Django REST Framework (DRF). Write clean, modular, and maintainable code across the stack, ensuring reusability (e.g., React hooks, Django serializers, services). Work with relational databases (primarily PostgreSQL) and contribute to data modeling and query optimization. Collaborate on features involving graph-based data models and be willing to learn and work with graph databases. Implement and maintain unit and integration tests: Frontend: Jest, React Testing Library Backend: Pytest, Django Test Framework Collaborate closely with design, product, and legal teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications across the development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices. Required SkillsFrontend Development Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, context, component lifecycle, state management). Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with responsive design and frontend performance optimization. Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or SCSS. Experience using UI component libraries like NextUI, MUI, or equivalent. Backend Development Strong experience with Python and Django. Hands-on knowledge of Django ORM, DRF, authentication, and middleware. Experience designing and working with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases). Version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). Good to Have (Bonus Skills) Exposure to GraphQL for efficient API consumption. Familiarity with graph databases or graph-based data modeling concepts. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments. Experience deploying or maintaining applications on Microsoft Azure. Exposure to systems or APIs supporting AI/ML pipelines, particularly those hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
