Full Stack Developer

About The Opportunity

• Design, develop and maintain production full‑stack web applications using React (or equivalent) on the front end and Node.js/Express on the back end.
• Implement and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs; integrate third‑party services, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and payment or messaging providers as required.
• Model and optimise data access with relational and NoSQL databases, design migrations, and tune queries for scale.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker); collaborate on cloud deployments and infrastructure-as-code for AWS/GCP/Azure environments.
• Author unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and apply engineering best practices for observability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA remotely to translate requirements into reliable, testable features and quickly resolve production incidents.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Proven experience building production web applications using React and Node.js/Express.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge; ability to author clean, maintainable frontend and backend code.
• Hands‑on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (schema design, indexing, migrations).
• Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and basic infrastructure concepts (VPC, IAM, storage).
• Experience writing automated tests and participating in code reviews; strong debugging and production‑support skills.
  

Preferred

• Experience with GraphQL, Next.js or other SSR frameworks, and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with orchestration (Kubernetes) and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).
• Prior work in talent‑tech, HR platforms, marketplace or high‑traffic SaaS applications.
