We are looking for a Full-Stack AI Agent Developer to build and scale world-class AI Sales Development Representative (SDR) agents. This role combines expertise in AI/LLMs, multi-agent systems, and full-stack development with deep knowledge of sales workflows. You’ll be responsible for designing intelligent, autonomous agents capable of prospecting, engaging, qualifying, and collaborating with other agents — all while integrating seamlessly with real-world sales tools and CRMs.
• Architect & develop AI SDR agents with advanced tool calling, memory, and reasoning
capabilities.
• Build multi-agent collaboration systems (e.g., researcher agent, prospector agent, outreach
agent, qualification agent) that work together to execute SDR workflows.
• Implement tool integrations for lead enrichment (LinkedIn, Apollo, Clearbit), CRM updates
(Salesforce, HubSpot), communication (email, Slack, LinkedIn), and scheduling (Calendly).
• Orchestrate RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and APIs to ensure contextual, accurate, and
personalized outreach.
• Build full-stack systems (backend services, APIs, dashboards, front-end UI) for sales teams to
monitor, supervise, and interact with AI SDRs.
• Optimize agent reasoning, tool selection, and multi-turn dialogue flows for higher
conversion.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and enterprise security standards in automated
outreach.
• Continuously measure and improve agent performance via A/B testing, analytics, and
feedback loops.
• Strong background in Full-Stack Development (Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, or similar).
• Proven experience with AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and agent
frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Hands-on expertise in tool calling APIs, function calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with databases & vector stores (Postgres, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Redis).
• Knowledge of SDR workflows, outbound sales, and CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory
management, and dialogue systems.
• Ability to build scalable cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploy AI-powered
services with observability.
• Strong problem-solving, experimentation mindset, and startup readiness.
• Prior experience building autonomous sales agents or AI-powered growth tools.
• Exposure to multi-agent frameworks with collaboration, delegation, and reasoning.
• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning, self-play, or agentic evaluation.
• Contributions to open-source AI agent libraries.
