Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Manage the recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT positions
Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Conduct HR rounds, coordinate interviews, and follow up on closures
Drive offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities
Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment dashboards
