Human Resources (HR) Internship in Hyderabad

As a human resources (HR) intern at Anuhar Homes, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, interview coordination, document management, MS Office, onboarding, and HR branding.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Managing HR documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Utilizing MS Office tools to create reports and analyze HR data.
• Assisting with onboarding new employees and ensuring a positive experience for all new hires.
• Contributing to HR branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation.
• Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the department.
