Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist in day-to-day recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR operations, and office management activities. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn core HR functions and gain practical experience in a professional environment.The internship will initially be for 4–6 months, with an opportunity for a full-time role based on performance and contribution during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

🧩 Recruitment & SelectionSource candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.Maintain applicant tracking sheets and recruitment status reports.Support the end-to-end hiring process for interns and full-time employees.🚀 Onboarding & InductionCoordinate pre-joining formalities and collect necessary documentation.Assist in planning and conducting new hire induction sessions.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.Maintain and update employee files and HR records.💰 Payroll & AttendanceSupport attendance management and leave tracking.Assist in payroll data collection and verification.Coordinate with the accounts department for salary processing.Address employee queries related to payslips, attendance, and leave.🏢 Daily HR Operations & Office ManagementHandle daily administrative and HR operational tasks.Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility-related needs.Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.Ensure smooth office functioning and a positive workplace environment.📋 Documentation & ComplianceMaintain HR databases and ensure confidentiality of employee information.Draft HR letters, memos, and support documentation for audits.Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

English and Telugu – Mandatory

Hindi – Preferred (an Added Advantage)
