Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist with the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Help organize employee engagement events and initiatives. Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communication materials. Support performance management and training coordination. Handle general HR administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed. Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
