Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FRONT OFFICE Reservation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, reservation, and concierge services.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including reservations and customer interactions.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications, with the ability to learn new technologies.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
