We are looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in front office operations and management, with a strong background in customer service and hotel management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain services.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards guests and colleagues.
Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and sales, to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong knowledge of front office software and systems, including property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
Familiarity with hotel industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
