Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Guest Service Associate to join our team at IHCL Ekante Bliss. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of front office software and systems is preferred.
  • A positive and friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues is essential.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
