Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Guest Service Associate to join our team at Taj Wellington Mews. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the front office area.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex guest complaints.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
