Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Guest Relation Executive to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in handling front office operations, guest relations, and providing exceptional customer service.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations, guest relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
