Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Guest Relation Executive to join our team at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including guest relations and customer service.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall guest experience.
Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve front office operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex situations.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of front office software and systems is essential.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
