Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Guest Relation Executive based in Ranchi. The Front Office Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in and out, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional duties include coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, maintaining front desk records, and contributing to a smooth operation of the hotel. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills Proficiency in managing reservations and front desk operations Ability to address guest inquiries and complaints effectively Experience in coordinating with various departments for guest services Basic computer literacy and experience with hotel management software is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
