Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at Lemon Tree Hotel in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest feedback and room assignments.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train front office staff to achieve high performance standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
