Role & responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties, including greeting guests and handling calls and correspondence.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, office supplies, and general office maintenance.
  • Provide calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting support for senior executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation as required.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year in front office or executive support roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
