Job Description

JOB PROFILE

Attend all Headquarters visitors with efficiency and welcome them with politeness

Arrange the guest meetings in such a way that minimum time is spent waiting

Greet visitors and office personnel in a friendly and sincere manner

Manage the incoming and outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and efficiency

Transfer calls to various desired extension numbers

Responsible for handling EPBAX and maintaining records for the outgoing STD ISD calls

Responsible for maintaining the telephone register including call tracking

Various arrangements for national international guest which includes their lunch, dinner etc

Maintain hygienic and well presentable environment at Front Desk at all times

Maintain updated extension list for the employees

Maintain records for the contact details of all the branches as well as Corporate Office employees

Manage effective utilization of conference meeting rooms

Manage the call accounting process for all the extensions in the Corporate Office

To maintain calls usage record of all the extensions on weekly basis as per the format given

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

Issue visitor tags for every guest and maintaing record

Keep with the high standards of behavior and appearance at all the time
