Role Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Associate who can welcome guests with warmth, support daily hostel operations, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who enjoy meeting people, communicating clearly, and learning fast.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude (service with a smile”).

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, registrations, and ID verifications.
• Guide guests with clear information on rooms, rules, facilities, and events.
• Handle calls, queries, and basic coordination with housekeeping and operations.
• Maintain daily records, billing entries, and simple Excel/Word updates.
• Resolve guest concerns politely and escalate when needed.
• Support hostel operations during rush hours and shift transitions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly front desk area.
