Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate, based in Sadashivnagar. The Front Office Associate will be the face of the organization, welcoming and assisting visitors and clients, managing calls and inquiries, and coordinating meetings and appointments. The role also includes maintaining the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and providing general support to the team as needed. Exceptional customer service and organizational efficiency will be key functions of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front Office Management, including handling visitors, managing calls, and maintaining reception areas
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective client interaction
• Organizational skills to manage appointments, support administrative activities, and handle data or documentation tasks
• Basic Computer Skills, including familiarity with office software and tools
• Attention to Detail and a customer-centric approach to ensure quality service
• Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is an advantage
• Ability to work in a collaborative and professional on-site environment
