Job Description: Channel Sales β AM/DM/Manager Job Description ο Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners. ο Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects. ο Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations. ο Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team ο Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate ο Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential ο Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team ο Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day ο Coordinate for the Channel Partner payoutβs post booking ο Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT ο Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market Exp: 2 β 8 years of Experience Qualification: Graduate Show more Show less
