Job Description: Channel Sales – AM/DM/Manager Job Description  Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.  Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.  Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.  Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team  Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate  Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential  Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team  Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day  Coordinate for the Channel Partner payout’s post booking  Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT  Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market Exp: 2 – 8 years of Experience Qualification: Graduate Show more Show less
