Job Summary

The Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office functions.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Customer Service

  • Greet guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, appointments, or visitor registrations
  • Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or via email

Front Desk Operations

  • Manage reservations, schedules, or appointments as applicable
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases or systems
  • Handle cash, billing, invoices, or payments when required

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest or client needs
  • Handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and report preparation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail or courier services

Policies & Compliance

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office or front desk management systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
