This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, interacting with visitors, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining front office operations on a daily basis.

Greet clients, riders, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
Ensure the front desk and reception area remain organized, clean, and welcoming.
Assist clients with lesson scheduling, bookings, and providing general information.
Coordinate with instructors and operational staff to ensure a seamless rider experience.
Address and resolve client feedback, concerns, or queries, escalating when necessary.
Provide assistance during riding school events, competitions, and shows.
Maintain and update daily attendance records for staff and grooms.
Track and manage employee leave requests, balances, and approvals.
Oversee employee insurance documentation, including enrollments, renewals, and claims coordination.
Assist HR/Operations teams with basic record-keeping and filing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding staff welfare and attendance.
Prepare routine reports for management (e.g., attendance trends, client feedback).
Coordinate with external service providers as needed.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or administration is preferred.
3+ years of experience in a front desk or client-facing role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional organizational skills.
Prior experience in a riding school, sports academy, or animal-related environment is a plus.
Comfortable working in an environment that includes close interaction with horses and outdoor/sporting activities.
Willingness to work weekends and during special school events.
Working days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday is the weekly off).
Flexible to work on public holidays and festivals.
Working hours: 9 AM to 6:30 PM.
