HOUSE MANAGER FOR UHNI RESIDENCESWe are looking for a smart and resourceful person from the Hotels and Hospitality background.The House cum Events Manager in Unidel's Mumbai office will primarily provide personal and executive support to the Managing Director. She will coordinate with the Administration / Finance / Travel desk in the Mumbai office and be accountabkle for the following:1. Event Management2. Chairman's Residence and Staff Management3. Ad hoc Projects in Chairman's Office and Residence4. Corporate GiftingThis is a full-time position based in IGEs Mumbai office at Nariman PointJOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe incumbent will primarily be in charge of the following areas:Expense ProcessingComplete complex expense reports in a timely and accurate fashionGeneral secretarial work in addition to basic filing and record updating for the Chairman.Maintain updated records of memberships, Insurance claims and premium paymentsMonitor & keep track of vendors contract renewal and staff accountsClient / Guest Relations Support and Database Management Help ensure the contact management database is kept currentAdministrative SupportAssist with printing and general administrative duties as neededHousehold gifting, personal & office errands, stationery and other essentials Update of employees leave managementSocial Event CoordinationCoordinate overall logistics related to all office and personal eventsArt Inventory, Logistics, Coordination of Social and Business EventsProject SupportPartner with other consulting / operations staff members to address various requirements at the companyWork closely with the administrative team to create greater efficiencies between offices.Liaise with vendors on all maintenance & repair works of residence Office-SupportGreeting clients, setting up meetings, serving as IT office liaison, working with the administrative team to ensure smooth operations of the Mumbai officeDeal with lawyers, accountants, consultants and third-party service providersRelevant News UpdatesProactively convey any relevant updates which would affect office functioning (related to weather, political unrest, etc.) to leadership / officeCANDIDATE PROFILEEducation & ExperienceAt least 8 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferbaly in HOUSEKPEEPING MANAGEMENT, EVENTS OR GUEST RELATIONSProfessional phone manners, excellent written and verbal communication skills an effective communicator in the business setting - fluency in Englishis requiredConfident interfacing with UHNIs/ HNIs / CXOs / Corporate Leaders and their Good OfficesAbility to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentTake initiative to get the job done and improve processes along the wayIndependent worker; able to take the lead role in all areas of the roles and responsibilitiesSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelA relevant undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, B Com, B Sc)Personal QualitiesEmotionally intelligent able to collaborate in teamwork settings with colleagues and clientsCapable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environmentAble to take initiative and drive work with moderate supervision and guidanceAble to identify potential hurdles in advance, looping in leaders to maintain timelinesAble to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
