Job Description

Sr. Manager (Club & Stadium)

  • Oversee the daily operations of the stadium and club facilities including sports areas, gym, lounges, pools, restaurants, and other amenities.
  • Ensure facilities are well-maintained, clean, and operating efficiently at all times.
  • Supervise staff schedules, contractor services, and maintenance teams.

2. Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and execute sports events, matches, tournaments, member events, and special functions.
  • Liaise with sports associations, vendors, sponsors, and event agencies for smooth execution.
  • Ensure all safety protocols, logistics, and guest management plans are in place for events.

3. Member Services & Engagement:

  • Drive member engagement and satisfaction through personalized services, prompt issue resolution, and premium amenities.
  • Implement member feedback systems and loyalty programs to enhance club value.
  • Oversee new member on boarding and membership renewals.

4. Financial & Administrative Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets for operations, maintenance, and events.
  • Track revenue from club memberships, event bookings, food & beverage, and other streams.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, licenses, and compliance documentation.

5. Facility Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure the club and stadium complies with all health, safety, fire, and legal regulations.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and emergency response plans.
  • Regularly audit systems like lighting, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), security, and sanitation.

6. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of staff across departments (admin, F&B, housekeeping, security, sports coaches, etc.).
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to maintain service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1015 years of experience in facility or club management, preferably including stadium/event experience.
  • Proven leadership in operations, people management, and large-scale event handling.
  • Experience working with sports clubs, private members clubs, stadiums, or hospitality properties.
