The Frontend Engineer – AI Labs is responsible for developing and optimizing user interfaces, ensuring seamless interactions, performance, and responsiveness in AI-powered applications. Reporting to the Lead - Frontend Engineering, this role focuses on building scalable UI components, integrating AI-powered visual elements, and collaborating with UX UI, backend, and DevSecOps teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and visually engaging web applications.Responsibilities

UI Development & Component Engineering
Develop interactive, high-performance, and reusable UI components using React, Next.js, Tailwind, and ShadCN.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness, optimizing designs for a seamless user experience.Implement frontend logic and workflows, ensuring smooth navigation, animations, and user interactions.Integrate UI elements with backend APIs, ensuring data is fetched, displayed, and updated efficiently.Maintain and optimize frontend build tools, improving project structure and maintainability with Nx, ESLint, and Jest.AI-Driven UI & Visualization
Develop intuitive UI interfaces for AI-powered applications, integrating computer vision, natural language processing, and recommendation models.Build interactive dashboards, visual analytics, and real-time AI feedback systems, enhancing user decision-making.Optimize rendering speeds for AI-driven visual components, ensuring low latency and high performance.Implement data visualization techniques, transforming complex AI outputs into user-friendly formats.Performance & Accessibility Optimization
Enhance page load speeds, improve Lighthouse scores, and reduce frontend latency through optimized asset loading, caching, and lazy loading techniques.Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices, making AI applications user-friendly for diverse audiences.Optimize frontend code to enhance responsiveness, smooth rendering, and efficient DOM management.Monitor and resolve UI bugs, ensuring a smooth and error-free experience across all supported devices.Collaboration & API Integration
Work closely with backend engineers to ensure efficient API integration, handling authentication, data fetching, and real-time updates.Collaborate with UX UI designers, translating design prototypes into responsive, interactive web experiences.Work with DevSecOps teams to optimize frontend security, ensuring data protection and secure authentication mechanisms.Participate in code reviews, ensuring frontend code quality and adherence to best practices.Continuous Learning & Process Improvement
Stay updated on modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.Implement best practices for frontend testing, using Jest and other testing frameworks to ensure application stability.Contribute to frontend documentation, ensuring design consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.Participate in Agile development cycles, ensuring timely feature delivery and iterative improvements.Key Stakeholders - Internal

Educational Qualification:
