Job Description

Front Desk Executive

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West / Bhiwandi

Work Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Role & responsibilities

Greeting Visitors:
Welcome guests, clients, and employees warmly and ensure they are attended to promptly.
Managing Phone Calls:
Handle incoming calls efficientlyanswering, screening, forwarding, and taking messages as needed.
Managing Correspondence:
Receive and dispatch couriers and packages with proper documentation.
Check-in / Check-out:
Manage client or visitor check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
Handling Inquiries:
Provide accurate information about the company, its products, and services.
Administrative Support:
Assist with filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
Security Monitoring:
Ensure all guests follow the sign-in/out protocol; maintain visitor logs.
Office Supplies Management:
Track and order supplies as needed.
Event Assistance:
Support in arranging internal meetings or small office events.
Problem Solving:
Address visitor or client concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
