Position Summary:


Vadodara Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VCCI) is seeking a well-spoken, well-presented and proactive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls, respond to enquiries and route calls to concerned officials
  • Greet visitors and ensure smooth visitor check-in and front office coordination
  • Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room calendars and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain updated records of visitors, meetings and communication logs
  • Support office administration in document handling, accounts, mail management & coordination
  • Provide assistance in event-related communication and member coordination when required


Required Qualifications & Competencies:


  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
  • Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in receptionist/front desk/office administration preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati & Hindi
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & basic email correspondence
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management, coordination and multi-tasking capabilities
