Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at Hilton. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and issue resolution.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and issues.
