Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate freight forwarding operations, including ocean and air cargo.
  • Develop and implement effective freight forwarding strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding, preferably in ocean and air cargo.
  • Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, including regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with IT systems and software applications, particularly transportation management systems (TMS).
