The role of the Franchise relationship officer is to manage, develop, and grow our Farm rental business, Farm Input / Output & Linkages, Franchise Partners and contribute towards the brand becoming the brand of choice for both potential investors and consumers.
Formulate a business plan for Farm Business Rental / Input / Output / Linkages
Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee business plans and budgets
Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes
Locality marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow their business
Planning, Monitoring and Supervising the work of company owned franchisee operated machinery
Ensure effective scheduling to keep machine-idle time at the minimum.
