Role & responsibilities Identifying & networking with strategic customers, dealers, manufacturers, retail brokers & alternate channels. Achieve Sales Targets, Disbursement volumes as per budget,budgeted pricing & maintain DSA payouts as per budget. Portfolio monitoring through daily & monthly review of contract, overdue review & control, NPA review & control. Managing the delinquency of the business sourced to ensure the health of portfolio. Preferred candidate profile Relevant experience in Car Loans Experience in team handling.

Contract Role - 6 Months Experience with Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG), creating policies for allowing/blocking websites and/or specific types of content and/or applications, managing groups applying different policy sets to different groups. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying Netskope SWG policies following the production change management process is required. Alternate experience with another SWG like Zscaler can be considered. The candidate must be an individual contributor (not a manager/team lead) with sufficient depth of experience (~5+ years) to work independently. Location - PAN India .

Contract Role - 6 Months BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) expertise i.e. creation of endpoint (Mac, Windows) policies for allowing/blocking apps, approval workflows, managing groups, applying different policies to different groups, creating exception alerts, reviewing exceptions and providing approval recommendations within the BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management tool. For clarity, experience in other BeyondTrust tools like PasswordSafe PAM, Entitle is NOT sufficient. Develop and implement strategies to reduce transportation costs while improving service quality. Monitor and negotiate with logistics service providers for optimal outcomes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatch management within the building materials sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in logistics planning software and MS Office tools. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in logistics.

Purpose of position Perform installation, repair and maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure at customer/partner sites primarily the retail fuel outlet. Return defective spares to stores within 7 days of closure of complaint. 10. Return unused ok spares immediately to the stores department. 11. Provide feedback to the CSD immediately after closure of complaint. 12. Submit all Breakdown service reports to ASM/Stores and Preventive maintenance reports to Commercial Executive on a weekly basis. 13. Report non-compliance issues if found being practices in the system to supervisor or use Speak up opportunity provided by the company. IV.
