Role & respon Data Management: Maintain and update land acquisition data including landowner details, plot information, compensation records, legal status, etc. Create and manage databases/spreadsheets for real-time tracking of acquisition status. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on land acquisition progress. Generate dashboards and MIS reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) Support decision-making by providing analytical insights based on data trends Documentation & Compliance: Organize and archive land documents such as agreements, compensation receipts, and legal documents. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for audit and legal compliance. Coordination & Support: Coordinate with survey teams, legal teams, and field officers to gather and validate data. Support land negotiation teams with data inputs and documentation during meetings with landowners or government officials. System Usage: Update and maintain records in ERP or land management systems, if applicable. Use GIS or mapping tools (if available) to assist in plot-level land tracking. Other Duties: Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external reviews. Handle queries from the head office or government agencies regarding land data. sibilities
