This role requires strong business acumen, communication skills, and a consultative selling approach to help investors make informed decisions and support brands in expanding through franchising model.
· Handle incoming leads generated through web portals, events, paid campaigns, and tele-calling teams.
· Qualify leads based on investment capacity, interest areas, business goals, and location preferences.
· Conduct structured discovery calls with investors to understand their needs and readiness.
· Educate investors on the franchising model, benefits, risks, operational responsibilities, and expected ROI.
· Present suitable franchise opportunities based on investor profile and industry preference.
· Share brand presentations, financial models, brochures, and franchise information packs.
· Match investor profiles with relevant brands and business categories.
· Coordinate with brand-side Franchise Managers to schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits.
· Ensure both investor and brand receive correct, complete, and timely information.
· Address investor queries and objections through effective communication.
· Guide investors through the evaluation, due-diligence, and decision-making process.
· Support negotiation on commercial terms and agreements between investor and brand.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions, investor profiles, and deal progress in CRM.
· Ensure NDAs, LOIs, franchise agreements, and financial documents are processed correctly.
· Follow the company’s compliance and ethical-sales guidelines strictly.
· Build long-term relationships with investors and brand partners.
· Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth onboarding and handover to operations teams.
· Address queries and maintain satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business.
· Stay updated on industry trends, top-performing franchise models, emerging sectors, and investor sentiments.
· Give feedback to management on investor behaviour, competitive landscape, and improvements needed in sales processes.
· 7 – 9 years of experience in Franchise Sales / Business Consulting / Real Estate / BFSI / Retail Expansion / Investment Advisory.
· Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
