Position: Franchise Development Executive, Tattva Wellness

Location: Gurgaon - This is a work from office role and requires occasional travel within India

Salary Range: INR 7 - 8 Lacs per annum

Eligibility: 3 - 4 years experience in Franchise BD for a lifestyle F&B or Beauty retail brand

Tattva Wellness is seeking to add business development & sales professionals to expand our franchisee retail spa format. The team member will be responsible for leading business development by managing existing leads and also by identifing new opportunitiess, hotels & locations which can be acquired / developed to do business with Tattva Wellness, engage & pitch to property owners / hotel general managers to educate & convince on Tattva’s vision of providing premium spa & wellness services to their guests & the residents of the city, and then build a joint business plan with the hotel management / property owner in order to have a profitable business association.

The candidate will have the below direct responsibilities:


Franchisee Spa Development (FOCO)

  • Responsible for scaling up business operations in new markets / increase penetration in existing markets
  • Doing market research for location / demographic / micro market potential assessment
  • Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, trade shows, referrals, and cold outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with potential franchisees
  • Present franchise opportunities through compelling presentations and meetings
  • Guide prospects through the Agreements, Compliance, etc. and the Due diligence process
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
  • Support new franchisees during the onboarding and pre-opening phases
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand
  • Analyze market data and provide insights for territory development and sales strategies


Brand Alliances Management

  • Lead generation (inbound & outbound) to identify partner brands / alliance opportunities with corporates for amplification of Tattva Wellness brand
  • Managing existing brand alliances through regular engagement & identifying monetisation opportunities


Candidate experience and desirables:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in franchisee sales and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal
  • Analytical and data driven (while being adept in MS Excel & Power Point)
  • Energetic, Enthusiastic and self-starter, agile and flexible
  • Comfortable to travel to any region as needed
