HRBP for Tattva Wellness

The HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) at Tattva Wellness Corporate Team in Gurgaon will be responsible for fostering employee engagement, managing grievances, and supporting change management initiatives for Tattva Wellness Spas spread across the country. In this role, you will collaborate closely with spa managers, business leaders, and other HR teams to cultivate a positive workplace culture, align HR strategies with business objectives, and oversee a committed workforce of over 700 front-end spa and beauty associates. Your key responsibilities will include being the primary contact for grievance handling and employee concerns at spa locations, mediating workplace conflicts, organizing engagement initiatives, supporting change management efforts, collaborating with HR teams, analyzing key HR metrics, providing strategic HR support, and assisting in talent acquisition when required. To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in multi-location retail, hospitality, hotels, F&B, QSR, retail, or wellness industries, with a focus on the Human Resources Business Partner function. You should hold a Graduate / MBA/ PGDM degree in Human Resources and possess proficiency in HR tools and analytics. Additionally, you should exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, along with empathy, trust-building abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
