As a Franchise Consultant, your role is crucial in providing valuable insights into market trends, evaluating franchise proposals, and developing best practices to enable franchisees to create successful businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities. - Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies to capture the Maharashtra market. - Provide training and resources to franchisees on operational procedures. - Evaluate franchise business plans for viability and profitability. - Assist in the development of marketing strategies for franchisees. - Conduct regular performance reviews of franchise operations. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees. - Develop and implement franchise compliance protocols. - Advise franchisors on industry trends and best practices. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions for franchise development. - Prepare detailed reports on franchise performance metrics. - Work with legal teams to ensure franchise agreements meet regulations. - Assist in conflict resolution between franchisors and franchisees. - Monitor local market conditions to inform franchise strategy. - Identify potential areas for franchise expansion and growth.
