Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Consultant located in Lucknow. The Franchise Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, managing franchisee relationships, and consulting on franchise operations. Additional tasks include overseeing P&L management and ensuring the business runs efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Planning and Business Management
• Experience in Franchising and Franchise Operations
• Skills in P&L Management and Consulting
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
